A Celebration for the World to See St. Thomas’ Carnival 60th Anniversary

More than what we expected, and in retrospect, better than what we thought we got. That is the only fitting way to describe the events of the 60th Anniversary Celebrations of the Virgin Islands Carnival. The positive feedback continues to pour in, as with great expectations, we look toward “A Tropical Scene for Carnival 2013”. Whether you are stuck reminiscing about the explosive nights in the village, the grandeur of the pageantry shows, the kaleidoscope of color and fete of the street mass events or just the warmth of connecting with family and friends, it is something that collectively we will never forget. It would be near impossible to thank by name all those who participated, assisted and supported the events. Know however, it would not have been possible to any extent without you. As we look back and share in pictures and memories, it would behoove us to give accolade again to the winners and honorable mentions of the St. Thomas Carnival 60th Anniversary.
